The Smart Factory Project Introduction

The "Aerospace CNC Machine Tools Smart Factory Project" is a 290 million yuan investment by Shenyang maka machine tool company. to create a comprehensive industrial base centered on the manufacturing of industrial mother machines, integrating R&D, design, production, and service.

The first phase of the project plans to build a high-end CNC machine tools digital production workshop and supporting ancillary buildings, covering an area of 90 mu (with an additional 70 mu of land expected to be added in May 2025, totaling 160 mu). The total construction area of the first phase is approximately 43,000 square meters, including facilities such as mechanical processing workshops, assembly and testing workshops, inspection and testing areas, and intelligent warehousing systems, and is expected to be completed in 2026.

After the project is completed, it will achieve the industrialization and scale production of high-end CNC machine tools for civil aerospace industries, industrial mother machines, and key functional components. It will form a complete machine tool industrial chain in the region, promote the cluster development of the industry, and help China's machine tool industry transform and upgrade towards high-end, intelligent, and green directions, achieving import substitution. The implementation of this project will inject new impetus into regional economic growth, enhance the international competitiveness of China's high-end machine tool industry, and provide strong support for the construction of a manufacturing power.
